Serge Bertrandcapitalises 18 years of management consultancy experience in the field of Information technology. He works as a senior Consultant and project Manager within international Consultancies and Software Houses. He is mainly active in the field of Internet based development, Database Management and System Integration. He took the Role of Senior Consultancy and technical director within several international consultancies, including Sema-Group, James Martin Associates, and Texas Instruments Software. He is a specialist in the field of Electronic data interchange, Document Management and Internet-based Architecture.
